We are all deserving of being happy and fulfilling our lives .
You need to believe that you’re worthy and there are no limiting beliefs.
We used to be told , that we were good , if we cleaned our room , made our bed , ate all our vegetables , brush our teeth , keep quiet etc .
Although these may seem important things to learn and do , they have nothing to do with your inner worth .
We were placed on this incredible planet to show love , give love and to be loved .
You’re capable of all the above , as long as You believe that you’re worthy and deserving of what this world has to give and offer .
Self worth is so important , without it , in your life , there will always be sadness or something missing.
You deserve to live your best life .
I deserve the best in life !!
"Progress equals happiness." Tony Robbins
When it comes to happiness and fulfillment in life, it comes down to one word....PROGRESS.
When we are moving forward toward what we want, no matter how small a move it is, there is an excitement at the possibilities and a newfound confidence emerges. It won’t be easy, but boy will you feel alive! 🔥
When we are no longer progressing, in any area of life, that is where we feel “stuck” and over time the symptoms of depression can surface. 😔
It is a feeling inside that we let ourself down; knowing we are not doing the thing that we should.
It is only warning signal and not a life sentence! 🎯
Listen up and step up! 👊🏻 The more consistent progress you have in your training, intelligence, your finances, and in your relationships; the more UNSTOPPABLE you will begin to feel! 🔥
🙌🏼 How will you move forward toward your goals today? 🏆
•♥️⚔️🗝• If we ignore our pain, we perpetuate our problems, which are sometimes *completely* preventable
With courage and compassion we can look at what is causing us heartache, confusion, and doubt — and *clear* it by choosing to stay focused on embodying our desire for a fulfilling life
We are incredibly intelligent beings and sometimes our mind overrides our ability to sense our true power ~ let’s stay humble, let’s show gratitude for our experiences, let’s ask how we can feel into our fullness and bring it forward into life itself
Understand that if we are disconnected from feeling pain we are equally disconnected from feeling empowered to greet it with compassion and transform it 🐍
Every time we acknowledge our whole truth we are giving way to a massive clearing process that levels out old programming and builds in a stronger foundation for us to know ourselves ~ from here we create ..................................
I write all my shit down 🤣
I put pen to paper and look at myself for accountability so that I can fully understand what I want
I’m curious how you’re feeling and what you do to clear worry?
Which do I prefer CrossFit or Powerlifting?
CrossFit has always been near and dear to me, it’s what started my obsession with fitness. All my idols for the most part are CrossFit athletes. And it just fits my personality...
I get bored easily. And with CrossFit the workouts are always different.
I also love chasing self improvement and right now...
I suck at Oly Weightlifting
I suck at Gymnastics
My endurance sucks (thanks powerlifting)
What does that mean??? Huge room for improvement! And that excites the fuck out of me.
But! I am good at Powerlifting. I’m strong. And I really enjoy picking up heavy ass weight. And it’s always a great feeling to do something that you’re pretty damn good at.
Unfortunately, for me it’s just kind of boring.
Now, if someone came to me and asked what sport is better for health, body composition, etc I would say powerlifting.
Because I like CrossFit better doesn’t mean I believe it is better. I think CrossFit is very taxing and extremely stressful on the body. There are easier and more effective ways to reach your physique and health goals.
But at the end of the day it’s what you can be consistent with and what makes you happy!
🌱 Everything I do 🌱 they see, they know, they learn, they repeat, they abosorb and it influences their behavior.
Children are the biggest teachers. Take the time to learn from them, through them and for them.
Hold space for them to explore, try and fail. Go at their pace and give them time, so that they can tell you what’s on their mind...
This gift is for them, for us, so that we can all grow 💫
I've been finding myself more and more drawn to moments of stillness and quiet. When you live and work in the city constant noise and stimulus become the norm. This is damaging for your mental, spiritual, and in turn, physical health. I've found myself wanting total disconnect; to turn off my phone, computer, take away all of the noise and the distraction and just be. Modern life is demanding. How do you ensure you are taking care of your mental and spiritual health in a world where there is so much input all around you?
I'm in no way perfect, but for me, it's turning off my phone each evening to give my mind time to rest, looking for opportunities to check in with myself throughout the day, and getting out into nature as often as I can. I find that one hand on the heart, one on the belly, and some deep breathing can go a long way towards grounding you back into the present - take a moment to ask yourself "where am I at today"? Tune in. Awareness. It's magic 🔮✨
